  • Damaged products: T-shirts that are torn, dirty, or have defective fabrics.
  • Print issues: T-shirts with blurred, misplaced, or defective prints.
  • Post-wash defects: T-shirts damaged after the first wash due to manufacturing defects.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Claims made after 30 days may not be supported.

To process your return, provide:

  • Order information to verify your purchase.
  • Photos of the packaging label for verification.
  • Photos of the t-shirt and size tag/neck label to identify the product.
  • Detailed photos of the damage or issues, clearly showing discrepancies from the product description.

Note: For orders with multiple t-shirts, provide photos/videos of all items displayed side by side on a flat surface. Upon confirming eligibility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method immediately.

The Item Is the Wrong Size From the One Ordered

If you receive a t-shirt with measurements that differ significantly from our size guide (exceeding 1.5 inches from standard measurements), we will assist you.

Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery. Claims after 30 days may not be supported. Please provide:

  • Order information for verification.
  • Photos of the t-shirt and size tag/neck label clearly displayed.
  • Photos of actual measurements (e.g., width and length) taken with a measuring tape.

Return Shipping Costs
